

Chef Tiara "T" Parkinson
Born and raised in New York City, Chef Tiara Parkinson received her training from the renowned Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. Following graduating at the head of her culinary class and being awarded Top Toque, Tiara went on to work for the likes of Union Square Café, Disney World’s California Grill, The Lamb’s Club by Geoffrey Zakarian, and Hotel 50 Bowery. Upon her return to New York City in 2018 Tiara ventured into the entrepreneurial aspects of the industry by becoming a private chef and starting Catered to the T, Private Dining Experiences.
As a New York native, and one of multicultural ethnic background, Tiara’s style of cooking is a fusion of flavors that are heavily influenced by the amazing melting pot that is New York City. She is all about bringing traditional flavors together with unique ingredients from her background, and the abundant ethnicities that have surrounded her entire life, and giving it that upscale presentation and utilizing local high quality product.
Tiara looks to bring flare and finesse to some traditional “home-style” dishes, as well as putting her own unique stamp with her culinary innovations.
