Having derived from a father that is of Jamaican descent, and a Mother that is of Black and Cuban descent, Chef T embodies menus that are fused with a heavy Caribbean and Latin influence, as well as modern techniques. Bringing nostalgic dishes to life is what Catered to the ‘T” is about.
